If I’ve completed the FNA course, which options are available to me?

You can choose either:

  • Monthly Mentorship ($50/month), which includes the extended access version of the FNA course materials plus live Q&As, mentorship library, and community


  • Continued Platform Access ($18/month), which includes the extended access version of the FNA course and Toolkit only (no mentorship or community)

What if I haven’t finished the course and my access expired or is about to expire?

You’ll need to choose the 12-Month Course Completion Extension ($250 one-time fee). This option reactivates your original course (including your saved progress) so you can complete it and receive your certificate. You can still join the Monthly Mentorship separately if you'd like to.

Do I need to be enrolled in FNA to join the mentorship?

Yes, only current or previous FNA members are eligible for the mentorship program and the FNA continued access option.

What if I can’t attend the live sessions?

No problem! Recordings of each session will be available in your member library.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. However, if you choose to rejoin in the future, you will need to pay the current membership rate as of that time.

Are there any refunds?

Due to the digital nature of this product and it being a subscription, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time. 

When cancelled, your access will remain until the end of your current billing cycle.

Do I get direct access to Melissa as a Monthly Mentorship member?

Monthly Mentorship members have access to Melissa during the LIVE mentorship sessions and Q&A calls. While direct email access to Melissa is not included, you can ask questions directly to Melissa and get her direct guidance during the live sessions, as well as engage with the FNA community for additional support.

If I am subscribed to the monthly mentorship, is full platform access included?

Yes! For our monthly mentorship subscribers we throw in full FNA platform access for FREE! So, you will be able to continue with full platform access including platform access to the self paced modules, practitioner toolkit and social media and marketing kit. For our monthly mentorship subscribers there is no need for the additional 18.00/mo subscription to retain your platform access.

Can I still join the mentorship if I purchase the $250 extension?

Yes! You’re welcome to add the Monthly Mentorship at any time to receive live support from Melissa and access to the mentorship community. If you haven't activated your free trial, see this lesson in your course for those instructions, and if you would like to rejoin, you can use this link to join again. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at support@functionalnurseacademy.com and we'll be happy to help!

What is included in the Continued Platform Access Subscription for 18.00/mo?

Members subscribed to CPA (continued platform access) will get access to the extended access versions of the FNA courses and toolkit. You will still have to complete the course and claim your certificate before your original 12-month access expires. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at support@functionalnurseacademy.com

Will my access be different once I receive continued platform access?

Yes. You will get access to a separate extended access version of the FNA courses and toolkit (all future updates included). You will still need to complete the course and download your certificate before your initial 12 month period expires. If it expired already or is about to, and you won't complete the course in time, please consider the 12 month course extension option.

What if I am already subscribed to the monthly mentorship?

If you are already a member of our monthly mentorship program then once your current access expires, you will be added to the extended access versions of the FNA course and toolkit, and will retain access for as long as you are in the mentorship program. If you are already a monthly mentorship subscriber, no action or additional purchase is required from you! Please note: This is still a manual process our our end, so if you notice your FNA access has expired and you haven't been granted the extended access version of the course and toolkit yet, please reach out to us at support@functionalnurseacademy.com and we'll be happy to help!
