In this module, you will receive an overview of practice management forms and templates then learn how to upload them into your practice management software, and understand how to utilize practice forms and templates with your clients.

In this module, you will gain an understanding of how to collaborate with your client’s medical team, receive an overview of how to write letters to patient providers requesting medical treatment and collaboration. Meet our Founder

Melissa Schreibfeder is a devoted follower of Christ, registered nurse, board-certified functional medicine practitioner, approved provider of continuing nursing education and public speaker. After facing her own health struggles with an undiagnosed autoimmune condition and chronic Lyme disease, she discovered the power of functional medicine in igniting the bodies God given ability to self heal.

Frustrated with conventional medicine’s limitations, Melissa founded a private practice focused on root-cause healing through lifestyle and nutrition.
